Cheddar, with an overall average price of £400,925, achieved similar values to nearby Draycott (£385,500), but was found to be more expensive than Axbridge (£296,361) and cheaper than Rodney Stoke (£732,500).

In the past year sold property prices in Cheddar were 8% higher when compared to the year before and 15% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £339,822.
