Swansea, with an overall average price of £155,827, was found to be more expensive than nearby Mayhill (£111,273), but cheaper than Maritime Quarter (£203,635) and Uplands (£262,862).

In the past year sold property prices in Swansea were 6% higher when compared to the year before and 11% higher when compared to 2021 when average prices were £137,922.
