There are 3 simple steps:

Step 1 - Using the form below add your contact details and address of property to be searched or alternatively call 01844 265425.

Step 2 - Select Order Now for the full HIP plus EPC or alternatively order separately if you have your own DEA.

Step 3 - You will receive a call confirming your HIP order and taking your payment details, you will be sent a logon and password which will enable you to log on and see the progress of your HIP online 24/7. You will be able to see the progress of each component document and be able to view them as soon as they are complete.

(Parts of the HIP are zero rated for VAT - you will be contacted via telephone with a quote)

If your property is unregistered there is an additional charge of £80 plus VAT which we will notify you on order.
